by the Spirit, interpreting spiritual truths to those who are spiritual. The natural person does not accept
the things of the Spirit of God, for they are folly to him, and he is not able to understand them because
they are spiritually discerned.

In this relationship, believers see God do things in amazing and miraculous ways in answer to prayer and
communion. They experience God’s leading in their lives. They get clear direction. They see the Spirit
of God moving on their behalf to accomplish His will. It is ginosko at its ultimate!

We make ourselves vulnerable by coming to him for help trusting in his love.

Hebrews 4:15-16, ESV For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our
weaknesses, but one who in every respect has been tempted as we are, yet without sin. Let us then with
confidence draw near to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of
need.

Knowing about Jesus might be interesting, but actually knowing Him takes relational work and brings life
and satisfaction to the soul.
