and it happened…instantly. God may have spent seconds each day creating the vast array of the
universe. On day 4, God created the sun, moon, and all the stars. We can probably extend His creative
acts to all other stars and galaxies. There are about 10 billion observable galaxies in the universe.
Assuming there are about 100 billion stars per galaxy (no one has actually counted them), there are
about 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 stars in the observable universe. And He simply SPOKE them
into existence!
Psalm 19:1 says, “The heavens declare the glory of God, and the sky above proclaims his handiwork.”
Looking at God’s creation just magnifies in our minds the omnipotence of God. Take time to worship
Him as our all-powerful Lord and Savior.
