Study Section17: Other Problems in the field of Biology

17.1 Connect.

If you look into the skies, you can see the handiwork of God. However, if you look the other
way, into the complexity of eye, you can see an amazing design that could have only come
from a Designer. When we look at a building, or a car, we can only conclude that a designer
was behind it. A building or a car just does not come into being by itself. There must be
some sort of plan and process to create a house. Today we want to look at the evidences of
design in the creation. It tells us that there is a Designer. Let’s get started….

17.2 Objectives.

1. The student should be able to describe the two key ingredients that are present to recognize a
designer.

2. The student should be able to describe in some detail see how the human eye is designed.

3. The student should be able to conclude that a designer designed sight and the mechanism to achieve
it.

17.3 A final look at the evidence – God is the Creator of all things!

Look at these two pictures. Which one indicates that man has occupied the forest at some
time in the past? Why?

Here are three rock formations. Put a check mark on the formation(s) that indicates that some
intelligent beings have modified the rock formation. Why?
