Jesus’ and would believe in your heart that God raised him out of the dead, you will be saved; for with
heart it is believed unto righteousness, but with mouth it is confessed unto salvation. For the Scripture
says, “Everyone who believed upon Him will not be put to shame.” For there is no difference between Jew
and Greek, for the same Lord is overall, rich (generous) unto all those who call upon Him; “for everyone
whoever call upon the name of the Lord will be saved.”

The righteousness before the law that the Jews tried to establish by their own works is provided only
through trust in Christ who kept the law for all people and who saves those who call upon Him.

Therefore, how will they call unto whom they have not believed? Now how will they believe whom they
have not heard? Now how will they hear without preaching? Now how can they preach if they are not
sent? Just as it is written, “As beautiful, the feet of those proclaiming news of good things.”

But not all obey the gospel. For Isaiah says, “Lord, who has believed our report?” Then faith is out of
              hearing, but hearing through word of Christ. But I say, have they not heard? Indeed;
“Unto all the earth went out their voice and unto the ends of the economy their words.” But I say, has
              Israel not known?
              Previously Moses said,
“I will make you jealous by upon those not a nation, by a senseless nation I will make you angry.”
But Isaiah being bold and saying,
“I have found the ones not seeking me, revealed, I became to the ones not asking.” But to Israel he says,
“The whole day I held out my hands to a people disobedient and obstinate.”

Faith comes through hearing the Word of Christ to all men, but the Jews have persistently resisted
believing that Word from God to them.
