I am extending my warmest Congratulations to all our graduating students, both
in the elementary and high school, as well as those entering the senior high school,
on this most joyous and blessed graduation day.
I also would like to pay my tribute and respect to your parents and nurturing
teachers for their tireless devotion and sacrifices in assuring you all the best
training as you try to secure a brighter future. Being a parent myself, I know and

understand the difficulties of providing the best gift we could bequeath and that is
a good education.

Verily, life has not been kind to us in this school year 2020-2021. The destructive
and expansive reach of the COVID-19 pandemic has perforce imposed on us a “new
normal” which only brought unprecedented hardships in our midst, making living
for many of us, and in every respect, a constant struggle. However, despite all these
difficulties, we Filipinos have shown our resiliency by coming up with viable
solutions to address the need of continuing your education - the Blended Learning.

I am cognizant though that this whole new system of education, because of our
unfamiliarity, utter unaccustomed, and the lack of preparation has made schooling
more arduous and onerous not only on the part of our learners but also for our
educators and parents. But this is not the time to withdraw and surrender all that
we have accomplished in the past. On the contrary, we must further our resilience
and ability to cope, overcome adversity, and build faith for better days to come. As
graduates you will have to carry that flame of hope for all our youth to see,
appreciate and realize that there is still a future for them, and to hold on to despite

all of these difficult challenges we have to face.

Lastly but more importantly, reside on the reassurance that our Almighty God
will always be with us in all our pursuits and undertakings. God will never burden
us more than that we can carry. May the good Lord bless us all.
