         world.
         Children were also affected due to physical inactivity and exposure to the public space

         such as school. Many students were facing anger and anxiety issues, their mental health
         has been affected, their eating habits have been changed, low self esteem is also
         seen.They have become  addicted to their cell phones.

         WAYS TO GET RID OF THESE:-
         1. Engaging students in physical activities

         2. Students must adapt learning habits, they should engage themselves in co-curricular
         activities.

         3. Changing daily routine
