SELF FUNDED MULTI EMPLOYER PLAN
The HPM Health Plan was created in 2008 by physicians to meet the needs of
physicians and their employees. We are an ERISA governed Multi Employer Welfare
Arrangement Plan (MEWA), and our common nexus is the healthcare industry. We
provide group health benefits to both small and large employers. As our plan has
grown, we have expanded our scope to include all types of providers, such as dentists.
As a self-funded multi-employer plan, we offer several advantages over the more
limited fully insured plans. We work only with healthcare providers, and we know how
challenging it can be to run a business and care for patients. We offer high quality
plans at competitive and cost-effective rates paired with outstanding service and
support.
