SELF FUNDED MULTI EMPLOYER PLAN
• Protection. The HPM Health Plan pools claims over $50,000 for all our member groups. By
pooling our resources in this way, we can mitigate large swings in rates, a big advantage for
small employers. In addition, we carry stop loss insurance to protect our trust from very
high claims. Our board maintains a cautious and conservative approach to trust
management.
• Service. Our service is exceptional. Our members have a direct line to our staff who work
diligently to support and assist in any way possible. We understand your business and we
are available to help individual members with claims questions or support practice
managers with human resource operations. As the health benefits provider, we can
advocate on our members behalf, thus allowing our members to focus on their work.
