Reminiscences
There were two windows in the living room as well as two the
dining room. The windows had roll-up shades and sheers. The roll-
ups fascinated me: our house had venetian blinds. There was a small
plant stand under one of the windows that was made by AR. Heating
was from a little gas heater that stood on the floor.
