We’re here to play,

His nervous system and the beer he guzzles
Go together like cats and jigsaw puzzles.
Islands of sanity,
Oceans of time:
Peaks of humanity
Rising from slime.
To do all the things that a good boy does;
To be all the things that a good boy was:
To many boys if unbearable can
Perversely produce a terrible man.
