Levi Katz looked down on his fellow felines from his
vantage point atop the fence. “This is not cool, man,” he said, to no
one in particular. “Those cans should be overflowing after the
weekend. Maybe it’s a holiday. Maybe the neighborhood has been
abandoned, and those big mothers neglected to inform us of that
crucial piece of information. So, what do we do? Sit and wait for the
place to repopulate? Nah! We gotta go out and rustle up some grub
for ourselves.”
