  Tom sprinted after Digby, but that naughty cat was too fast. Just when he was about to give up, Tom spied something furry darting inside a building.
He followed it to find a room filled with people and strange-looking objects. Suddenly, he saw Digby bolting for the door.
The ancient Greeks believed that illnesses were punishments from the gods. Sick people often went to seek guidance from priests at the sanctuaries of , the god of medicine. They were treated with magical prayers, charms and special plants and herbs. If a patient became well again, they left a model of the body part that had been cured to say thank you to Asclepius.
