Your teeth can’t repair themselves, so it’s important to take good care of them
Your teeth are covered in a hard layer called enamel
You have nails on your fingers to protect your hands and nails on your toes to protect your feet. Fingernails grow much faster than toenails because you use them more!

You have tiny hairs all over your body to keep you warm. Your head has over 100,000 hairs to protect your head from the sun.

Your teeth are part of your skeleton, although they’re not made of bone. Your first teeth are called milk teeth and they start to fall out when you are about six. Adult teeth grow in their place and grown-ups have 32 teeth.
If you are left-handed, the nails on your left hand will grow faster than the nails on your right hand
