With that said, they all dropped their stones and left.
Jesus said to the woman, “Where are your accusers now? Go and sin
no more.”
“Thank you, Jesus,” she said, and left.
I remember my mom always read me these Bible stories. Bless her
heart.
I had to tell my stepfather first about my accomplishment because he
was so mean. Then I would tell them both that I was starting to take
private lessons. I took home the note the teachers gave me and read it
to them—because only my mother could read.
All they had to do was buy me some exercise books. But before I could
finish speaking, the man I called "Dada" walked away and said, “Not
gwine happen. Can’t afford it.”
All that was needed at the time was six exercise books and a few other
items to start; the school would provide the rest. The school would’ve
helped with other books and whatever else was needed.
