ship and control of a company without the business owner real-
            izing it.
It is preferable to develop an ongoing relationship with a
business lawyer whom you trust at this stage. If you are looking
at potentially obtaining credit cards with $100,000 monthly
credit limits, you have the necessary cash flow to warrant this.
Such lawyers may be helpful in looking over all contracts that
your business uses or signs, since the more success your business
has, the more money it may have to lose in the event of lawsuits
or simply bad contracts which sign away too many rights.
So find a business lawyer that you trust now if you haven’t
already. It’s time to make a good lawyer part of your business
            family.

            TIER 4 BUSINESS CREDIT CARDS

Tier 4 business credit cards are designed for established busi-
nesses. This is why they aren’t typically available to new busi-
nesses with extensive credit histories proving their ability to
manage cash flow and pay their bills.
Once your business has sufficiently proven its financial
prowess by building up credit history, you will become eligible
for Tier 4 credit cards and other credit lines from companies
            such as:

Frost Bank offers business credit cards with no annual
fees and monthly credit limits of up to $100,000.
American Express Corporate offers cards for
businesses with less than $4 million in annual revenue
which accrue rewards points that can be used with
airlines and which, in some cases, may have no credit
                  limit.
Citizens Bank offers business credit cards with no
annual fee and options to choose between low-interest
rates and high reward points programs.
