For your convenience, NAGC has secured a block of rooms at the Gaylord Rockies Resort &
Convention Center at the discounted group rate of $229 per night (plus applicable taxes and fees
per night) for traditional/standard rooms. Click here for more information and to secure your

The room block will be held until Wednesday, October 20, 2021, or until the block is sold out.
Therefore, we advise you to register for the convention and reserve your lodging as soon as
possible. After this date, reservations will be accepted on a space-available basis.

Hotel Cancellation Policy:
All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card and will be charged one night’s room and tax at the
time of booking. If you are unable to honor your reservation, please cancel 72 hours prior to your arrival date or
your first night’s room and tax will be charged to the credit card on file.
