wellness roller sinus support
5 drops on guard® 2 drops easy air® (breathe®)
5 drops oregano 1-2 drops oregano
5 drops tea tree (melaleuca) 2 drops tea tree (melaleuca)
5 drops lemon
5 drops frankincense Add to a large bowl of hot water. Put towel over
head and breathe in the vapours for 1 minute.
Add to 5 or 10ml roller bottle and fill up with
Fractionated Coconut Oil.
2 drops easy air®/breathe®
[Babies - 1 drop each Frankincense & Tea Tree] 2 drops lemon
[Toddlers - 1-2 drops of each] Add to your diffuser and diffuse overnight.
Roll on bottoms of feet and up spine 3-4 times a 2 drops easy air®/breathe®
day for up to a week at the first sign of feeling Fractionated coconut oil
unwell.
Mix together and rub on chest and back. [for
scratchy throat kids use only one drop and a higher dilution of
fractionated coconut oil]

Add to a mug of warm water and drink at the
first sign of a sore throat. [suitable for teenager 2 drops of lemon OR wild orange
and adults]. Also add 1 on guard® Throat Drop 5 drops of on guard®
Add to your diffuser and diffuse in living areas

Dilute a drop on on guard® with some
fractionated coconut oil and rub on the outside
of throat a few times a day. hand cleaner
Or you can use the on guard® touch roller and on guard® foaming hand soap
roll on outside of throat. on guard® hand sanitising spray
Replace your toxic anti-bacterial hand soaps
clean house and sanitising gels/sprays for natural alternatives
above.
15ml on guard® cleaner concentrate
500ml glass spray bottle
top up with cooled boiled water
Use to clean surfaces in all areas of your home.
