Mark Randall, a former Denver Nuggets player and coach, has been a Community
Ambassador for the Nuggets since 2003. He oversees the Ambassador program,
which includes other former players. In this role, he promotes sportsmanship and
teamwork among children, engages in public speaking, supports philanthropic
causes, and occasionally hosts charitable functions. He also takes on the role of
emcee at Nuggets home games. Before becoming an Ambassador, Randall worked
as a college scout and Assistant/Player Development Coach. He had a brief NBA
career from 1991-95 and played for various teams. He had a successful college
career at the University of Kansas and represented USA Basketball in various
international events. Mark Randall is also a competitive golfer and currently resides
in Meridian, CO.
Drew Goodman is a versatile sports broadcaster who has been the play-by-play
announcer for the Colorado Rockies for 17 years. He previously worked as the TV
play-by-play announcer for the Denver Nuggets and called games for both the
Rockies and Nuggets in the early 2000s. He has extensive experience in football,
covering the NFL for NBC and FOX, as well as college football and basketball for
various networks. In addition to major sports, he has covered a wide range of
events, including tennis and track and field. Goodman has received numerous
sportscaster of the year awards and holds a degree in communications from Ithaca
College. He is also known for hosting radio shows in Denver and has a strong
connection to the community, with his three sons graduating from Arapahoe High
School and played baseball.
