NOTES FROM ARAPHAHOE’S PRINCIPAL
AND ATHLETIC DIRECTOR
Natalie Pramenko is a 34-year public educator with a
biology degree from the University of Nevada, Reno, and
a master's degree in Curriculum, Instruction, and
Educational Leadership from the University of Colorado,
Denver. She started as a science teacher, moved into
high school administration, and became the principal at
Arapahoe High School in 2012-2013. Natalie has also
coached cheerleading, winning 4 Colorado state
championships. She values family time with her husband
and two children. As an administrator, she enjoys
working with her staff and students, and she cherishes
her relationships with the school community. After 20
years at Arapahoe High School, she is proud to be the
principal of such a wonderful school!
Lawrence Chavers, a Colorado native, attended Hinkley
High School and earned a full-ride football scholarship to
the University of Wyoming. He played in three post-
season bowl games during his college career. After
teaching science and math for thirteen years, he
transitioned into administration, coaching various sports
at Eaglecrest High School. Before coming to Arapahoe,
he served as an assistant principal/athletic director at
Sierra Middle School in Douglas County and Powell
Middle School in LPS. In his free time, Lawrence enjoys
family moments, attending his sons' sporting events,
coaching, deejaying, and listening to music. His primary
goals for the Warriors are to prioritize being a good
person, a good student and excelling in one's unique
abilities, with no exceptions.
