Arapahoe Coaching Staff
Kevin Boley enters his second season as the head coach of the
Arapahoe Warriors and his 30th season overall with a coaching
record of 459-248 (.649). Currently, he ranks #8 in all-time active
winningest coaches in Colorado history.
Boley has led 3 different high school programs to the Final 4
(Broomfield, Legend and Denver Christian) and led his teams into
two state finals winning a 4A State Championship in 2004 at
Broomfield High School.
A native of Colorado, Boley is an LPS kid and attended East
Elementary, Euclid Junior High and graduated from Littleton High
School in 1986. His High School basketball coach was the legendary
Ron Vlasin, who after winning state titles in 1987 and 1989, went on
Kevin Boley to coach at Arapahoe HS from 1990-2001. After high school, Boley
Varsity Coach was awarded an athletic scholarship to play baseball at Regis
College where he graduated in 1990 with a degree in Political
Science and Education.
Coach Boley is married to his wife Amy and has a daughter Taylor
(25) and a son Braden (20) along with 4 stepsons (Randy Jr, Darius,
JaRay, Trenton) and 6 grandkids. He currently lives in Highlands
Ranch.
The Cross Town Throwdown is a special event that allows the
Littleton community to come together for a night to celebrate the
beginning of the high school basketball season. To enjoy an evening
of spirited and fun competition between Arapahoe and Heritage
athletes and staff, in a number of exciting events in what we hope
will become an annual event.
