SANTA CLARA, CA - Avaya Holdings Corp. (OTCQX: AVYA) has announced that it has requested the U.S. Securities and Exchange
Commission (SEC) declare Avaya’s Registration Statement on Form 10 e ective on January 16, 2018. Following the e ectiveness of the  ling, Avaya’s common stock will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker “AVYA” and is expected to begin trading at the market open on Wednesday, January 17, 2018.

Rowe will oversee the newly formed business unit focused on driving cloud products and services
SANTA CLARA, CA - Avaya
(OTCQX: AVYA) has announced the appointment of Mercer Rowe as senior vice president and general manager of Avaya Cloud, a newly formed organization with a singular focus on driving cloud products and services for Avaya.
Rowe joins Avaya from IBM, where he served as vice president of strategic partners for the company’s cloud and Watson platforms, leading global cloud and arti cial intelligence initiatives. Before joining IBM, Rowe founded and served as CEO of VMware vCloud Service, a joint-venture with So Bank to deliver Cloud services in Japan. He also incubated VMware’s own cloud service business, and spent a decade with cloud-powered start-ups in the enterprise so ware and service provider spaces, building sales, channel and services organizations. He began his career in engineering roles with Lockheed Martin and Nortel Networks.
