In his new role, MacRae will be responsible for driving the adoption of Avaya’s midmarket portfolio, improving sales cycles and go-to- market strategies in key countries. Avaya’s midmarket solution is sold purely through its channel partners and MacRae will continue to focus on driving and developing opportunities for midmarket-TAMs, channel and distribution partners in the region.
MacRae has a wealth of sales and management expertise in the technology sector and a deep understanding of the industry.
He joined Avaya in March 2014 as Midmarket Director for Europe. Previously he was General Manager, UK, Ireland and Greece for Westcon
