What’s New in 2022?

• As everyone should know, healthcare costs have increased across the United States,
including the amounts charged by healthcare insurance providers of Mission Pharmacal
Company (“Mission”). In an effort to help our employees, Mission will be absorbing the
increased healthcare insurance premium costs for individual healthcare for our employees.
However, the costs for healthcare insurance will be increasing for dependents of our
employees starting on January 1, 2022.

• Also starting on January 1, 2022, some of the Choice Exclusive Provider Organization
(“Choice EPO”) pharmaceutical products may no longer be covered, and the prices of other
pharmaceutical products may increase. To view a full list of the products that will be
impacted by either a price change or a deletion from coverage, please log into ADP and go
to Resources>Tools/References>2022 EPO / Core Rx Changes. Please also speak to your
physician if the pharmaceutical products prescribed to you by your physician will be
impacted. NOTE: Employees will be allotted one (1) refill of their current prescription before
this change takes effect.
