            There is a shortage of supply for UHT in Tanga compared to demand

            Most of customers were not willing to buy large due to uncertainty in supply of the

             product.
            The delivery of product mainly being supplied at Bagamoyo, Msata, Segera, Korogwe and
             Mombo than Tanga region hence short in supply.

            There are dealers wishes to become agent for our products in Tanga.
            There is less competition in a supply of UHT due to inconsistence supply by competitor in

             the market.
            Increase in a competition of the product from Kenya sucha as Brookside coming through

             Mombasa border.
            There is differentiation of price in a most of shops hence leads to RRP instability which

             reduces the consumption.
            There is high competition from Kilimanjaro Dairy milk and Kondiki Dairy Milk hence little

             growth in some of the market
            Presence of competition of the products from Kenya which are coming through borders

             such as Tarakea and Holili without paying Tax.
            Further to that Raw milk is another big competitor in the market as majority of chaga they

             are into farming project.
            However, despite of those challenges we have loyal customers for our products who

             demand to increase delivery of the products in time.
            There is a demand of having Agent in most of the location we visited hence it needs to be
             looked at as it can help to reduce the distribution challenges.
