Gargoyle
Strength Combat
The gargoyle has a strength of 8. The
entire battle will be conducted in
strength, however, if you are a magic
user then you have a chance to
weaken your opponent before
fighting it with strength. The magic
user tries to cast a spell before the
opponent gets to close. A roll of a 4,
5, or 6 must be attained to make the
spell work. If it didn’t work the
gargoyle uses the 8 strength it has.
If it did work then you roll once
more to see how many strength
points will be deducted.
A roll of a 1 or 2 = - 1 strength
A roll of a 3 or 4 = - 2 strength
A roll of a 5 or 6 = - 3 strength
