BPS Mobile App Delivers Direct Messages
BPS employees who participate in the district’s health insurance plan, can take advantage of free and very convenient health care starting this week. In the overflow parking lot at ESF is a free-standing Well- Care Center. “The center provides primary care services and coaching for chronic conditions and lifestyle concerns for employees, retirees, spouses, and dependents age six and older who are on the BPS health plan,” according to an email.
Services include: assistance with minor injuries and common health concerns including skin conditions, joint pains, common illnesses, headaches, and digestive issues. Health screenings, lab tests, and dispensing of common medications including prescriptions are also available. Staff are on hand to discuss wellness plans for chronic conditions, stress, diet, exercise, smoking, and other health factors.
Watch your mail at home for two mailings from Marathon Health. The first envelope has your log in username and password to access the appointment and information portal. The second mailing has more information about the services available.
