Viera Teachers
Earn Adobe Certification
Viera High Academy of Communication,
Art and Design teachers, Mark Cole and David Peregrina, recently completed the prestigious Adobe Education Trainer
status. As Adobe Education Trainers, these instructors have completed a rigorous training program and passed expert
level certifications in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign software products, according to Adobe’s website.
Viera High teacher David Peregrina works with students in the academy of communication, art and design at the school.
By completing this training, both Cole and Peregrina are now eligible to access an exclusive Adobe professional development toolkit, join an exclusive professional learning community of worldwide trainers, and participate in further training, among other things. Both feel they will help their students be more prepared and successful as they work to earn their Adobe Certified Associate certificate which shows potential employers they are experts with this software.
“The biggest benefit to our students is that we are forced to stay current with industry trends and teaching methodologies in order to reach the satisfaction rate required to maintain the credential,” said Mark Cole. “It was, by far, the best and most rigorous single professional development course David or I have ever been a part of.”
