McNair Magnet Middle School
McNair Magnet Middle School took 70+ students to the college fair hosted at the Melbourne Auditorium. Students had the opportunity to ask questions of their potential higher education institutions. Each McNair student was given a bingo sheet to complete. The 7th and 8th graders held conversations with college representatives to find facts about their college/university. McNair’s Principal, Jasmine DeLaughter, and Social Worker, Grenita “Cabbi” Brooks, organized this night for the students to start thinking about their futures. McNair Magnet School is determined to have their students be high school prepared, college ready, and career driven!
