Baked Custard

Ingredients:
1⅔ cup milk, scalded
3 eggs
4 Tbsp sugar
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp vanilla
½ tsp nutmeg
Scald milk 3 to 4 minutes full power or until tiny
bubbles appear around edges of pot. Beat eggs
slightly. Add sugar, salt and vanilla to egg mixture.
Slowly add milk. Divide into custard cups. Heat
uncovered 5 to 6 minutes or until custard begins to
boil. Center becomes firm during standing. Chill.
