Apple Spice Muffins

                                    Ingredients:

                                    2 cups Bisquick
                                    1 large egg
                                    1 (3 oz) tub light whipped topping (thawed)
                                    ¼ cup sugar
                                    1 tsp apple pie spice
                                    1 (10 oz) can apple pie filling

                                    Crumb topping:
                                    2 Tbsp cold butter
                                    ⅓ cup packed brown sugar
                                    ⅓ cup Bisquick
                                    2 tsp cinnamon
                                    ⅓ cup oatmeal

                                    Mix all ingredients with pastry blender or fork.
                                    Preheat oven to 350°F. Put filling in food processor
                                    for 20 seconds or cut into small pieces. In large
                                    bowl, mix egg, sugar, spice, filling and whipped
                                    topping. Add Bisquick and stir 20 times to mix.
                                    Batter will be very lumpy. Spoon into muffin cups
                                    three-quarters full. Top with topping. Bake 20
                                    minutes or until done.
