Apple Enchiladas

                                    Ingredients:

                                    1 (21 oz) can apple pie filling
                                    6 8" flour tortillas
                                    1 tsp cinnamon
                                    ⅓ cup butter
                                    ½ cup sugar
                                    ½ cup brown sugar firmly packed
                                    ½ cup water

                                    Mix butter, sugar, brown sugar and water.
                                    Boil/simmer 3 minutes. Spoon apple pie filling in
                                    center of tortillas, sprinkle with cinnamon and roll
                                    up, placing in pan with seam side down in 2-qt
                                    baking dish. Pour sauce over, let stand 30 minutes
                                    then bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
