                                    Ingredients:

                                    •1 (15 oz) can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
                                    •¾ cup low-calorie brown sugar*
                                    •1 cup all-purpose flour
                                    •¾ cup Egg Beaters®
                                    •1 tsp vanilla
                                    •1 tsp baking soda
                                    •½ cup butterscotch morsels

                                    Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray a 8x8 baking
                                    dish with nonstick cooking spray. In a food
                                    processor or blender, mix all brownie ingredients
                                    (except morsels) together. Chop on high for 1½
                                    minutes or more but it should be smooth. Clean off
                                    sides and blend for another 20 seconds. Add the
                                    chips in and stir well. Spread into the 8x8 baking
                                    dish. Bake for 20 minutes or until toothpick comes
                                    out clean. Cool.
