Sharyn's Pea Salad

                                    Ingredients:

                                    ¾ cup of frozen bag of English peas
                                    1 chopped red apple
                                    ⅓ cup mayonnaise
                                    1 tsp curry powder or to taste
                                    ½ onion chopped finely
                                    1 tsp dried basil
                                    Pinch of cardamom

                                    Preparation:
                                    Cook peas until warm. Mix everything else together
                                    and put into peas. Cover and place in refrigerator
                                    for at least 2 hours or overnight.

                                                        Taco Salad

                                    Ingredients:

                                    Lettuce, shredded
                                    Tomato, cubed
                                    Green Onion, chopped
                                    Colby Cheese, shredded
                                    Ranch Style Beans, drained
                                    Doritos, crushed
                                    Avocado, cubed or sliced
                                    Catalina Dressing

                                    Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Chill.
