Fruit Salad

                                    Ingredients:

                                    1 can peach pie filling
                                    1 box frozen undrained strawberries
                                    3 bananas
                                    1 can chunk pineapple
                                    1 pack frozen coconut

                                    Mix all together well and store in refrigerator,
                                    covered. Will keep one week.

                                                      Grape Salad #1

                                    Ingredients:

                                    4 cups green grapes
                                    4 cups red/purple grapes
                                    1 (8 oz) cream cheese
                                    1 (8 oz) sour cream
                                    ½ cup sugar
                                    1 tsp vanilla

                                    In a large glass bowl, mix last four ingredients and
                                    then toss in the grapes.

                                    Topping—if desired
                                    ½ cup brown sugar packed
                                    1 cup toasted pecans

                                    Pour over grape mixture, cover and refrigerate over-
                                    night, if possible.
