Cornbread Salad

Ingredients:
2 Jiffy Cornbread kits, cooked and crumbled
1 large tomato, chopped
1 large bell pepper, chopped
1 red onion, chopped
1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 pkg Dry Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
Preparation: Layer cornbread, tomato, bell pepper,
onion and bacon. Mix dressing with sour cream and
mayonnaise. Spread over top of the layers and
seal. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
Stir well before serving.

Crab Salad

Ingredients:
2 pkg imitation crab
black olives
sliced green olives
green onions, sliced thinly
2-3 stalks celery, chopped
mayonnaise
I don't have any measurements for the ingredients.
I just add until it looks and tastes right.
Mix all together, chill for at least an hour prior to
serving. Serve with Fritos or crackers.
