                                    Ingredients:

                                    1 can peach pie filling
                                    1 large pkg frozen strawberries
                                    1 can pineapple chunks, drained
                                    1 can mandarin oranges, drained
                                    1 or 2 bananas, sliced

Combine all but bananas and chill. Add bananas just
before serving. May also add chopped nuts.

                                    Ingredients:

                                    1 lb bacon
                                    2 medium onions, finely chopped
                                    1 medium cabbage, coarsely chopped
                                    4 medium tomatoes, quartered
1 small green pepper, finely chopped
                                    salt and pepper to taste
                                    1 Tbsp soy sauce

Cook bacon until crisp; drain on paper towels.
Sauté onion in 3 Tbsp bacon drippings. Combine
onion, cabbage, tomatoes, green pepper, salt and
pepper in a Dutch oven. Cover and cook over med-
low heat for 15 minutes or until crisp tender. Do not
add water. Add soy sauce, stirring until blended.
Crumble bacon; stir into cabbage mixture. This is
equally as good hot or cold and even better the
                                    second day!
