Crisp Pea Salad

                                    Ingredients:

                                    1 lb fresh peas, shelled (2 cups)
                                    1 (8 oz) pkg finely shredded Cheddar cheese
                                    ½ cup chopped celery
                                    ½ cup shredded iceberg lettuce
                                    ½ cup chopped green bell pepper
                                    ⅓ to ½ cup mayonnaise
                                    1 Tbsp raspberry vinaigrette
                                    ½ tsp Italian seasoning
                                    ¼ tsp ground black pepper
                                    2 Tbsp bacon bits

                                    In large bowl combine peas, cheese, celery, lettuce
                                    and green pepper. Lightly toss until combined. Add
                                    mayonnaise and raspberry vinaigrette, Italian
                                    seasoning and pepper. Lightly toss until coated.
                                    Cover and refrigerate 4 to 24 hours. Just before
                                    serving, stir in bacon bits.
