Ms. Briana Mathews is the College, Career, and Military
Liaison at Rich Township High School. After earning her

bachelor's degree at Bradley University, she worked for the
Illinois Student Assistance Commission (ISAC). ISAC gave

her the opportunity to assist students and families develop
post-secondary plans. For the past two years, Ms. Mathews

has been dedicated to cultivating a college culture in Rich
227. Last year, 100% of the seniors at Rich East High School

choose to equip themselves with a post-secondary plan. She
is very passionate about having authentic conversations about
academic achievement with student voices at the forefront.

Currently she is pursuing her master's in social work at the
University of Illinois at Chicago.
