o Recruit IB Diploma Program teaching staff: one teacher each subject to attend subject training
o Lead small teams of staff to create the IB Policies required for authorization after all
Leadership training complete (December): Academic Honesty Policy; Admissions policy;
Assessment Policy; Diverse Learner/Inclusion Policy; Language Policy

IB Middle Years Program Recruitment and Pipeline

 Feeder Articulation Meeting Wednesday, December 2 to discuss next steps for International
Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme authorization Process and intro consultant supports.
 IB will be represented at upcoming Virtual High School Fairs: December 2; December 4;
December 9; December 15

Additionally:

Early High School Program

Rich Township High School District 227 will offer an Early High School Enrichment Program
designed to engage middle school students in rigorous curriculum that provides access to high school
credit and prepares students for District 227 early college options. Preliminary structures have been
developed.
Program Design team will:
o confirm course offerings
o set enrollment criteria
o establish leadership and support team for students
o promote and recruit for Fall 2021
