FAC Updates

• Working with Pepper Construction regarding main gas shut, still having issues. Pepper
construction Scheduled for Thursday April 1, 2021
• Construction demo in progress for new stadium
• Demo for new field house in progress
• Electrical work in progress for power shut down in May
• Construction meetings taking place weekly
• Renaissance and Access control is completed the interfacing process with Access control
regarding lockdown
• Trane RTU 12 was under repairs completed
• Additional Plexiglas stations installed at both campuses
• The staff continues to follow Cov-19 cleaning protocol
• Staff is in progress with painting hallways, classroom touch-up, lighting repairs – on going

Stem Updates
• Athletic fields – Grounds preparing all fields for spring sports
• Working with Pepper construction, STR and CS2 regarding finalizing plans for all summer
work
