COVID- Received a Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendment (CLIA) Certificate
of Waiver which allows the district to administer COVID tests. We received 600 COVID tests that
can be used to test symptomatic staff and students with consent. I also worked with Cook County
Public Health and Illinois Department of Public Health on reporting processes and requirements. Rich
Township High School has its own reporting site that reports directly to IDPH and CDC. We have
               administered 3 tests this month.

In collaboration with the Division Leaders of Student Support Services, delivered a parent meeting
               with the following topics:

                  - ABCs of Behavior
                  - How to access school-based supports
                  - Parent participation in IEP meetings
                  - Identifying Mental Health needs

In collaboration with the Instructional Leadership Team, worked with counselors to conduct course
selection for the 2021-2022 school year.

               Special Education
In collaboration with various other operations administrators including the Assistant Superintendent of
Business and Operations, collaborated with the owner and manager of the Life Skills Property to
complete construction, prepare for inspections, and lease amendments. I have met with the property
manager and the Regional Office of Education in preparation for our final inspection before the
occupancy permit is provided. At this time, the property has shared that the roof has been repaired; all
plumbing has been completed but awaiting final inspection; most walls painted; bathrooms are framed.
We are awaiting the installation of cabinets, drywall in some areas, flooring. We are working towards
               a March opening.
Connections have been made with businesses in the area of the Life Skills Center for community
relations. We will use these connections to encourage students to have authentic experiences in the
community, employment opportunities, and training opportunities.

Attended and represented the District at the SPEED District Representative meeting.

Continued working with Director of IT and Laserfiche to develop a paperless filing system for special
education records of our back dated records.

Attended high level IEP meetings for students in the district to support positive outcomes and focus on
               student and needs.

               Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS)

In collaboration with campus administration, administered the STAR assessment to student. This
assessment allows us to incrementally monitor student growth and progress.
