HUMANeX Survey
HUMANeX partners with Rich Township High School District 227 by utilizing assessments,
trainings, consulting practices and more to put key best practice processes in place in Educational
Services in addition to Human Resources.
They conducted their annual student, staff and parent surveys in November and December. This is the
final update on Student survey participation.
This is the final update on staff survey participation.
Student survey participation rate was 50%. Staff survey participation rate was 61%. Unfortunately,
parent participation rate was 0%. HUMANeX will prepare a formal report to be shared with the
board.
