                        Keith Brabant, PE. Keith Brabant has been an engineer for the Reinforced Earth Company
                        (RECo) for over 25 years and has worked on MSE wall design projects in over 35 states, including
                        projects on the east and west coasts. Keith started with the company as an engineering intern
                        in 1995; was hired as a design engineer in 1996 and has held positions as regional engineer,
                        project manager, engineering manager, regional manager, Vice President of Engineering
                        and in 2020 was appointed Chief Operating Officer.



      Gary Brill, PE. Gary Brill is a Principal Engineer with Schnabel Engineering located in their
      Knoxville, TN office.   Mr. Brill graduated from the University of Louisville with Bachelor of Science
      and Master of Engineering Degrees and has 35 years of experience as a consulting engineer
      focusing on dam design and construction, landslide and slope evaluation and repair and
      specialty geotechnical design projects.  In his free time, Gary enjoys traveling with his wife
      Keri, babysitting his grandkids and teaching martial arts (though not at the same time).

                         Pinar Caymaz, PE. Pinar graduated from Kocaeli University as a Geology Engineer and
                         Karadeniz  Technical  University  as  a  Mining  Engineer.  Her  major  working  field  is  ground
                         improvement  and  ground  reinforcement.  She  has  worked  in  highway,  pond,  tunnel,
                         and bridge projects as a design engineer, field chief, and supervisor for almost 13 years.
                         Some of the projects include the İstanbul Airport, North Marmara Highway, Alarko Karakuz
                         Hydroelectric Power Plant, İstanbul-Ankara High Speed Train Project, and Ovit Tunnel. In these
                         projects, she worked on asphalt design, soil improvement, gabion wall, terramesh system
                         retaining wall, erosion control and rockfall protection parts of the projects. Currently she is a
                         Civil Engineering Applications Specialist in the field of geofoam technology at Austrotherm.
      The most important project that the company has led in this is the “Rehabilitation of Mechanically Stabilized
      Earth Bridge Approach Embankments Using Geofoam Block” in Sakarya, Turkey. Pinar is currently working on
      her master’s degree in Slope Stability at Ankara University, Geological Engineering Department.


      Mark Creps, Mark began his career at Elastizell Corporation of America and with cellular
      concrete in March of 1990, working part time at the research lab after school. This part
      time employment continued through High School and College, and in 1998, he earned
      a  Bachelor’s  degree  in  Engineering  Physics  from  Eastern  Michigan  University.  After  a
      short stint away from Elastizell, Mark returned in 2001 to work in the office, focusing on
      customer support and technical assistance. In 2018, Mark was named President of Elastizell
      Corporation of America. Memberships include ACI, NRDCA, NRCA, IIBEC, and FRDA, where
      he serves as co-chair of the Technical Committee for both NRDCA and FRDA.


                         John Delashaw, PE. John currently serves as Vice President / Principal at Madrid CPWG
                         in Bartow, Florida. He has over 30 years of geotechnical engineering experience, primarily
                         including  project  management  and  technical  direction  of  geotechnical  engineering
                         projects, geotechnical field investigations, and analyses for numerous public and private
                         sector clients.  Much of his experience has been gained from working on projects in the
                         areas of dam design and evaluation, shallow and deep foundation systems, earthworks
                         and site development, soil improvement techniques, lightweight fill applications, sinkhole
                         investigation,  pavement  design,  and  various  pipeline  projects,  including  the  use  of
      trenchless construction technologies. Mr. Delashaw has served as an expert witness in the areas of earthwork
      construction and sinkhole identification and stabilization. Other project experience includes management of
      Quality Assurance/Quality Control activities, resolution of construction issues associated with geotechnical-
      related  challenges,  civil  and  stormwater  design,  and  surface  water  hydrology.    Predominant  project
      experience includes projects throughout the state of Florida but he also has direct field experience for various
      geotechnical projects in Guam, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, California, and Mississippi.
