James Diver, PE. James is the Founder and Lead Engineer of ConsTruc Industries, LLC and
CellFill, LLC. These Oklahoma based companies are one of the nations leading innovators
of cellular concrete manufacturing and production. James is an Oklahoma State University
graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He has over 24 years experience
working with cellular concrete technologies, including in depth academic research and
testing on the properties of lightweight cellular concrete.
Maria Encarnación Martínez-Moreno. Maria finished the Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees
in Civil Engi-neering. She is currently a PhD student with scholarship in the Department
of Mining and Civil Engineering, Technical University of Cartagena, Cartagena, Spain. Her
research areas are in seepage, EPS Geofoam, and geotechnics.
Hamid Fakhri, PhD. Dr. Fakhri recieved his Ph.D. from the University of Buffalo (SUNY Buffalo)
in 2019 and is currently a project engineer wiith McMahon & Mann. He specializes in all
aspects of geotechnical and structural engineering with a research focus on the durability
and corrosion of reinforcing steel in reinforced concrete and other cementious materials.
Ken Fishman, PhD. Dr. Fishman has more than forty-years of experience in geotechnical
engineering including teaching, research and consulting. He has been actively
involved in applications of state-of-the-art techniques for performance monitoring and
characterization of corrosion potential for MSE walls and other geotechnical applications.
He currently leads the Earth Reinforcement Testing Division at McMahon & Mann Consulting
Engineering and Geology, P.C.
Archie Filshill, PhD. Dr. Filshill is the Founder and CEO of Aero Aggregates of North America.
Aero Aggregates is a manufacture of foamed glass lightweight aggregate. He has over 25
years of international experience in the geo-environmental market, focused on design/build
and value engineering. Over the last 15 years his research has been focused on beneficial
reuse of recycled glass and plastics as well as industrial by-products for civil and environmental
applications. Archie is an adjunct professor at Temple University, Civil Engineering Graduate
School. He is the Vice Chair of the Geo-Institute’s Continuing Education Committee, Past
Chair of the Delaware Valley Geo-Institute Chapter, and was selected as the 2021 Civil
Engineer of the Year by the Philadelphia Section of ASCE. He received his undergraduate degree in Electrical
Engineering at Temple University and a Masters and Ph.D. in Civil Engineering at Drexel University.
Margaret (Peggy) Ganse, GE. Peggy is a geologist and geological engineer with 27
years of experience designing, managing, and performing geotechnical projects for water,
wastewater, and storm water pipelines and associated structures across North America.
Peggy has planned and executed geotechnical investigations for pipelines, treatment
plants, pump stations, lift stations, ponds, slopes, and tunnels. As a senior member of our
tunneling services group, Peggy has considerable tunnel design and construction expertise,
focusing on design and condition assessment of 2-foot to 16-foot diameter tunnels in
the water and wastewater markets. In addition, she is experienced in a wide range of
geotechnical design for pipelines and plants, including shallow foundations, trench excavation and stability,
dewatering, ground settlement analysis and mitigation, and grouting and ground improvement.
