The above very small collection of the 1600 -1800 odd emails/letters/correspondence on file (all unedited and containing conversations) amply evidence our good management abilities with correct paperwork, correct information, and correct language (save for where inappropriate on a few examples). If you and Mrs Hillgarth do not withdraw the slurs and accusations made against myself and MHML we will simply keep sending more copy correspondence in support of our claims that all slurs and accusations were simply untrue malicious and malevolent spite, perpetrated by Mrs Hillgarth to the distinct disadvantage of all lessees causing they and our- selves, also as lessees, a great deal of wasted time (2 years delay) and costs (a way, way too big a spend on externals and internals decor budget due solely to Mrs Hillgarth’s meddling). We could have saved a fortune.
In truth, it doesn’t matter which email we refer to on file (and probably a few lost due to technical reasons) the very same comments, reminders, admonishments, requests, same replies ad nauseum, are fully apparent. Those examples previously sent to you, including Mrs Hillgarth’s correspondence with previous agents which perfectly evidence her contrariness, and the attached to this bundle fully evidence a continuance of this con- trariness. (ref: VV read in conjunction with other documents attached to it for proof perfect of this contrariness).
Would it now be fair to agree that based on the various and varied documentation we have supplied since your letter of 23 March 2016 plus the various comments we attached to your letters to date, that:
a) we have fully answered all queries without “chaff”..?
b) we have proved without a shadow of doubt we did exactly as we’d said we’d done in correspondence?
c) can we rely on you and Mrs Hillgarth to review all the various information we have supplied to date and re- confirm or withdraw your opinion(s) we are unfit to be managing Mitre House due to incompetence, causing as you stated, chaos, amongst other platitudes and observations?
d) and having viewed our various supplied documentation you concur we have done a very admirable job?
