In the absence of a reply to my letter of 16 April 2016, but due to receipt of the attached letter from RBK&C, I think it might be useful to yet again outline the situation, if for no other reason to allow Mr. Belafonte to fully and better understand the various facts as opposed to the various misinformations you have supplied him.
We appear to be getting nowhere if you insist on involving yet more agencies whilst ignoring our very simple and perfectly reasonable conditions prior to any further compliance by ourselves to your demands.
If you write 13pp [23 March letter] of gossip and untruths we are surely entitled to reply comprehensively.
In my letter of 16 April 2016 we made it clear, almost exactly to the penny, what you were demanding from MHML. A total you will recall of £88,683.04 to be refunded to Lessees by 8 April 2016.
In the absence in your reply of any attempt to respond to our reasonable requests, [including same in your letter dated 15 April 2016] it would appear necessary to confirm yet again what they are and the reasons they are required.
1_In our letter dated 1 April 2016 we did comply by your deadline and offered to courier over the documents required. As is now established, this letter of 1 April 2016, although received, was not acknowledged due to your bout of pneumonia, which was also the reason for no acknowledgement to our couriered over bundle of documents with covering letter on 8 April 2016.
1a_what remains to be established is why Mrs Hillgarth could not have responded on your behalf and requested we courier the documents direct to herself for perusal? This query was posed for a reply please.
2_ Mrs Hillgarth has made serious and untrue statements to you which have been repeated by you in correspondence to date as being true and credible, despite our vehement denials with evidence in support.
2a_namely: MHML used and banked lessees’ Window repair costs?
2b_namely: MHML did not furnish lessees including Mrs Hillgarth with relevant documentation such as the Surveyor’s Schedule of Works, despite our assurances we had when requested, as well as posting all relevant documents on our website with notification to all lessees including Mrs Hillgarth.
