  How realistic do you think we are in wanting to run the building ourselves ?
I have a lot of contact in the building world .so it is possible .
Spoke to people who run buildings , they said that if we felt the managing Agent had not be satisfactory we could reclaim some money but I dont know how long that would take .
There is a substantial reserves held by the head lessor it goes without saying that these funds should be verified and accounted for on completion of the acquisition of the head lease .
As I said Perhaps we could try to run Mitre House for 1 year and see how we get on and if it does not work we can always give it to a managing Agent .
Nothing is permanent in life.
