 Please refer to your Solicitor’s letter to me dated 23 September 2016 where this exact same question is raised and answered comprehensively in my reply of 29 September 2016, namely £25,121.54 is the cost & installation of the communal TV/Sky and Water Tank with the balance remaining in Reserves (his reference £11,974.54 and as stated previously in various 2014 correspondence to lessees as well as correspondence with your Solicitor)
5. False Accoun2ng in the 2014 Service Charge Accounts.
According to Mr Brown-Constable (see Item 11 of the Second Schedule) “the £105,877 figure [this being the “Reserves uHlised” figure of £105,877 shown in the Service Charge Accounts for the year to 31 December 2014] includes....£1,590 due to AR Lawrence once final snagging is accomplished”. It is unclear why this unpaid retenHon is accounted for as monies paid rather than being charged as a provision. Nor is it clear whether the £105,877 also includes a reserve for other unpaid contractors (of which there is at least one – see the final paragraph of Tony White’s Witness Statement).
£1590 was provisioned for in Creditors // and other unpaid contractors (your reference (presumed to be) BES/Nigel Brooks)
BES was fully (over)paid: £1200 on 11th August 2014 and £1200 on 4th September 2014 (please confirm with BES/Nigel Brooks as you have insinuated this alleged non-payment previously and it has been denied previously - on three or four occasions) and yet another scurrilous and untrue statement fabricated to suit your various fantasies on both your’s and Tony White’s risible Witness Statements. I like the reference to me frightening your young lady tenant when caught wandering about in my underwear....! She obviously has never seen a (white) workman’s Boiler Suit which I
