As this is a new Tenancy, any previous waiver will have ceased, and we will not be issuing nor accepting any further Service Charges from you - if the present September Demand, issued prior to our knowledge of your recent sub-let, is paid subsequent to this notification, (and to date it has not been (3.34pm on Tuesday 11 October 2016) it will be returned as not acceptable due to the legal implications, which you will be shortly be advised of by our Solicitor.
No doubt your Solicitor will advise you of the consequences of your action in sub-letting contrary to your lease covenants and making contracts with illegally stated statements.
I do consider these somewhat confused and arbitrarily demanded recent emails to again be very typical of your behaviour which again both myself and previous Agents have long endured with patience and fortitude but to little or no avail. Your dislike and distrust of myself, MHML, our previous Agents and authority is legendary and well evidenced by your continued and stubborn ignoring of multiple requests to fully comply with your strict lease covenants for the safety and satisfaction of all concerned most notably neighbouring lessees, continuing even whilst a Director of MHML. One is reminded of your failed RTM application due to your forgetfulness regarding the 25% ruling, which also confused and bemused lessees in equal portions and which, like your present mischief is doing, ran up very substantial costs for no sane reason other than yet another attempt at maligning and discrediting myself and MHML, during which most bizarrely, you retained your Directorship of MHML.
