Your recent email onslaught commencing 8 September at first made demands to be met within 30 days. This was followed up within hours for the very same demand but now for next day and then again a few hours later to be supplied in three days over a week-end?
Your latest, dated 11 October, demanded emailed documents to be sent same day by return or you would attend my flat at 4.00pm (tomorrow) with your Solicitor which you considered to be Wednesday 11th - it was in fact Wednesday 12th.
I also note that your copy emails below do NOT include the most pertinent true final reply from me on 11 October which I outline below:

My reply was quite straightforward to your third email of repeating the same query as usual:
"Michele this is as ever getting very silly - I will attend to your request on my return to Mitre House full time on 24 September"
...and attend to it promptly I did, as the letter sent to your Solicitor dated 29 September 2016 well evidences.
I suggest you advise me of where in your emails can you source a reply from me stating “you (ie myself) promised to deliver on your return from holidays?”
This yet again is a typical example of your contrariness and dishonesty in relating true facts.
And finally, subsequent to September Quarterly Demands being sent out, it has come to our attention that you have yet again, despite warnings to the contrary, sub-let Flat 5, and just possibly have yet again signed off the Tenancy Agreement stating all permissions have been granted.
